Dear Randy,
You're completely safe. Although it might not taste very good, contraceptive foam is not dangerous when ingested. At least not in the small amounts you'd be dealing with giving your girlfriend oral sex. It might slightly numb or irritate your tongue, but that's about the extent of the damage.
If you're looking for something a bit more condusive to oral sex, you might try Vaginal Contraceptive Film, also known as VCF. It's much less likely to leak out during oral sex. Whatever you decide, rest assured that you're perfectly safe. Have fun!
