Alright, here's one I haven't seen answered yet, Doc! I'm perfectly content with my penis size, but was wondering if anything can be done about testicle size. I feel like mine look small in comparison with my penis. Is there any way to enlarge them?

As you might have guessed, there is in fact no way to increase the size of your testicles, although I have seen some rather odd devices that claim to do so.

Your testicles, like your penis, increase in size during puberty. Once puberty ceases, there is no way to change their size. The size has absolutely no bearing on any aspect of sexuality other than aesthetics. I would advise you to give up this fruitless search, since there's nothing that can be done and there's really no reason to do anything even if you could!
