Dear DocXXX,
I was wondering how is it that a woman can achieve an orgasm by giving a man oral sex? I have a couple of female friends who say they enjoy giving men oral sex and they claim that they cum or almost cum when they do it. Aside from "Deep Throat" where her clit was in her throat, I don't see how this is done. Can you shed some light on this subject?

Dear Mustang,
What you must understand is that orgasms are as much about mental activity as physical. It has been said that the most powerful sexual organ is the mind, and I would definitely agree with that. Why is it that some people can experience orgasms by rubbing stockings on themselves, or by hearing certain sounds? Sex is intimately connected to your own mental processes, and orgasms are caused as much by what you are thinking as what you are feeling.
I'm sure that as a man, you have tried to stop yourself from climaxing too fast by thinking about something non-sexual. There's a great scene in the movie 'Singles' in which the main character keeps himself going by thinking of former basketball star Xavier McDaniel. I'm quite sure you've done similar. Why does this work? Your body is still being just as stimulated, it's just that when your mind stops focusing on it, orgasm becomes impossible.
Your female friends are experiencing orgasms or near-orgasms because in their minds they are being as stimulated as possible. Even though no one may be physically touching their own genitals, their thoughts alone are driving them wild. That is the reason that they are climaxing, even without actual physical stimulation.
